Job summary

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate meter billing activities to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Record and verify meter readings for billing purposes
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
• Liaise with internal departments and customers to address billing-related matters
• Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate billing and administrative documentation
• Ensure proper filing and document management in accordance with company policies
• Process and submit e-invoices through customer portals and billing platforms
• Maintain accurate records of meter readings, invoices, billing transactions, and customer interactions
• Provide support for printer usage tracking and meter-related inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service quality standards

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in billing, administration, customer service, or a related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
