TopNotch HR Consulting Firm Technology is seeking a Merchant Zone Manager in Shah Alam. You will be the main contact for small and unmanaged merchants, focusing on trust-building, business growth support, and a smooth overall experience.

This contract role requires 3–5 years in sales, field operations, or account management, strong communication, and data-driven decision making. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is essential, with Mandarin or Tamil as a plus, and local market familiarity

• Comfortable using data to track performance and drive decisions.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Tamil is a plus.
• Familiar with Shah Alam or Wangsa Maju business landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Visit merchants regularly and build strong relationships.
• Resolve merchant issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Educate merchants on tools, apps, and marketing features.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvement actions.
• Provide local market insights to internal teams.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to merchants and maintain strong working relationships
• Resolve merchant issues and escalation complex cases when necessary
• Educate merchants on available tools, apps, and marketing features
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvement actions
• Provide local market insights and feedback to internal teams
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to enhance the merchant experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, field operations, or account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable using data to track performance and drive decisions
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage
• Familiarity with the local business landscape in Shah Alam or Wangsa Maju is a plus
