Job summary

OPTIMUM INFOSOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Merchant Zone Manager to drive merchant engagement and business growth in the assigned territory. You will engage directly with merchant partners and conduct regular face-to-face visits.

You will educate merchants on digital tools and app features, manage schedules, resolve issues, monitor KPI trends, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Product teams to improve merchant experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience required.
• Experience in business development, field sales or territory sales preferred.
• Based in Miri, Sarawak; willing to travel for merchant visits.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with merchant partners and manage relationships.
• Plan daily schedules and merchant engagement activities.
• Educate merchants on digital tools, Merchant App features and marketing solutions.
• Resolve merchant issues and gather feedback for internal teams.
• Monitor engagement, satisfaction and KPI trends; prepare field reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Product teams to improve merchant experience.
