OPTIMUM INFOSOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks a proactive Merchant Zone Manager to drive merchant engagement and growth within the assigned territory. You will manage relationships with merchant partners, conduct regular face-to-face visits, and promote digital tools to improve platform adoption and business performance.

This field-based role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia, and residence in Miri, Sarawak.

Formación

• 3-5 years of sales experience mandatory.
• Experience in business development, field sales, territory sales or customer-facing sales preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Merchant Engagement & Relationship Management: conduct face-to-face visits, plan daily schedules, educate merchants on digital tools and app features, promote adoption of business features.
• Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement: identify and resolve merchant issues, gather feedback, follow up to resolve, share best practices.
• Performance Monitoring & Collaboration: track engagement KPIs, prepare field reports, work with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Product to improve merchant experience.
