Job summary

Paramount Coworking Sdn Bhd is seeking a Member Relations Executive (Customer Service) to serve as the primary contact for members and guests, managing front desk operations and delivering a warm, professional first impression.

You will build strong relationships with members, resolve issues promptly, and support cross-selling initiatives while driving operational excellence across the center. Lead by example and nurture junior colleagues to uphold service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience using/optimising CRM tool.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, managing front desk operations.
• Build strong relationships with members; understand needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Support cross-selling by identifying member needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Drive operational excellence by improving workflow efficiency, data accuracy, and system capabilities.
• Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities; promote community events to boost engagement.
• Lead by example and support junior team members, fostering service and accountability.
