Job summary

NEWPAGES NETWORK SDN BHD is seeking a Client Relations Executive to assist clients, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience with our services. You will guide product usage, provide support, and coordinate with internal teams to keep clients informed and satisfied.

The role requires 1–2 years of client communications experience, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of client communications and coordination experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Attention to detail and deadline-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients on how to use website functions and features effectively.
• Provide support and technical guidance via calls, emails, or user manuals.
• Manage client communications throughout issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Project Management, and Sales) to resolve issues.
• Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
• Share findings, updates, and action plans with clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
