Job summary

Level Up Fitness Sdn Bhd is seeking a Member Experience Consultant to blend sales with hospitality, driving revenue via outbound prospecting and inbound tours while delivering exceptional member relations.

You will guide new members through onboarding, manage inquiries, and support retention through community-building activities. English and Bahasa Malaysia are preferred for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales, guest relations, or consultative sales in hospitality or boutique fitness.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality/Business/Marketing or related field.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and closing sales.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Outbound lead generation to drive revenue.
• Consultative selling with tailored fitness solutions.
• Guided high-touch club tours for prospective members.
• Achieve monthly targets and maintain pricing integrity.
• Onboard new members and assist with app integration.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and manage feedback within SLAs.
• Organize events and referral programs to boost engagement and retention.
