The GMP Group is seeking energetic Front Desk / Guest Services Executives to join our vibrant coworking spaces across Klang Valley, including Sunway Velocity, Subang, and KL Sentral. You will welcome members, handle front desk inquiries, and support event activities.
This full-time role offers a salary of RM 2,000–RM 3,700 monthly with incentives up to RM 300, medical coverage, annual leave, and statutory contributions.

Competitive Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 3,700 (based on experience)

1. Guest Services & Hospitality
Serve as the face of the company, delivering a warm, professional welcome to all members and walk-in visitors.
Manage front desk operations including call handling, visitor check-ins, mail, and parcel handling.
Build positive relationships with community members to deliver a personalized hospitality experience.
2. Outlet Operations & Maintenance
Support daily workspace operations, ensuring meeting rooms, pantries, and event areas are clean, functional, and organized.
Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks; liaise with vendors and contractors for repairs.
3. Administrative & Community Support
Assist with member onboarding, offboarding, and basic billing follow-ups.
Maintain accurate member and occupancy records.
Collaborate with outlet managers and community teams to support events, marketing, and member activities.
Education: Minimum SPM with relevant customer-facing experience.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Hospitality/Hotels, Front Office/Reception, High-end Retail, Coworking Spaces, or Customer Service.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Fresh graduates or candidates strictly from call centre/BPO backgrounds will not be considered for this role.
