Job summary

Urban Lifesphere is seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide professional support to customers, members and partners. You will handle enquiries, feedback and complaints, guide users on products, services and digital platforms, and coordinate with partner clinics.

Initially the role will cover front desk duties and receptionist tasks, with increasing focus on customer and member support as the business grows. Strong communication in English and Mandarin is preferred, Malay is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Customer Service, Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, administration or related service environment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using websites, mobile applications and digital systems.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin; Malay is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries, feedback and complaints from customers, members and partners, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide information and assistance on company products, packages, services, membership benefits and related processes.
• Guide customers and members in using our website, mobile app and member/partner portals, including registration, login and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with appointment arrangements and coordinate with our partner clinics and service providers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, enquiry logs and follow-up information, and escalate issues to the relevant team when required.
• Provide front desk / receptionist support during the initial stage, including attending to walk-in visitors, incoming calls and basic reception administration.
