Job summary

Level Up Fitness Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak, is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Administrator to support gym operations and member experience. You will greet members, process sign-ups and cancellations, handle payments, and maintain a welcoming, organized front desk and office area.

The role requires strong English communication, a friendly demeanor, and flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication in English; other languages a plus.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma/degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sign up new members, process cancellations, and explain membership options and terms.
• Greet members and guests, manage entry access, and handle inquiries efficiently.
• Process payments and manage stock inventory with accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment and monitor gym guidelines.
• Proactively assist members with inquiries, address complaints with empathy, and fulfill requests.
• Communicate gym updates and membership matters via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the gym and office areas daily.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with the team and escalate complex issues to supervisor.
