Job summary

Unggul Shooting Academy Sdn. Bhd. seeks a friendly Customer Service Assistant to help customers and members enjoy a smooth, professional experience at our academy. This full-time, on-site position supports reception, registrations and enquiries.

You will handle inquiries across WhatsApp, phone, social media and in person, explain programs and offers, assist with forms, and coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely, consistent service. Weekend event support may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in customer service, reception, retail or hospitality is an advantage.
• Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to write clear and professional WhatsApp messages.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Organised and attentive when maintaining records and following up on requests.
• Able to commute reliably to the academy and work on-site.
• Willing to support weekend events when required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and walk-in visits.
• Explain membership options, training programmes, academy activities and current offers using approved information.
• Welcome visitors and assist with registration, bookings and appointment arrangements.
• Help customers complete the required forms and understand the next steps in their enquiries or applications.
• Follow up on outstanding enquiries, pending registrations and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records, communication history and service updates.
• Keep members informed about appointments, renewals, upcoming activities and relevant academy announcements.
• Record customer feedback, refer concerns to the appropriate team and follow through on outstanding matters.
• Share approved promotional information with customers and assist those interested in joining academy activities.
• Support visitor reception, participant registration and customer assistance during events.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure customers receive timely and consistent assistance.
• Carry out other related customer service, administrative and operational support duties assigned by the supervisor.
