Pump Fitness Penang is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. You will engage with prospective members, promote gym memberships and PT packages, build relationships, and meet sales targets in a dynamic fitness environment.

• Identify potential customers, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members.
• Conduct gym tours and explain membership benefits, facilities, and available programmes.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
• Handle membership registrations, renewals, payments, and related administrative tasks accurately.
• Respond to customer enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and membership acquisition initiatives.
• Work closely with the gym operations and personal training teams to ensure a positive member experience.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on sales performance.

About the role
