DC Fitness Sdn Bhd is hiring an Administration Executive, cum BA Support Exec to be the central hub for operations across 17 Anytime Fitness branches. You’ll work with Branch Managers and HQ to keep gyms running smoothly and deliver exceptional member experiences.

The role combines admin duties with business analytics, including cross-branch data consolidation, KPI reporting, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. A2-year admin experience preferred; English and Bahasa Melayu required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in executive administrative roles.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-unit businesses is a strong advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Economics, International Business, or similar.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsabilités

• Provide central admin support and maintain corporate documentation.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.
• Serve as a bridge between HQ and branches for reporting.
• Support cross-departmental analytics and KPI reporting.
