Job summary

Absolution Fitness Sdn Bhd is seeking a Gym Admin & Customer Service Executive to be the primary contact for customer inquiries. You will manage trial class bookings, consultations, follow-ups, and coordinate with personal trainers.

Administrative duties and maintaining customer records are essential in this role. The ideal candidate communicates effectively in English and Mandarin, has experience in customer service or sales, and is comfortable with WhatsApp and basic computer tools.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Experience in customer service, sales or administration is preferred
• Familiar with WhatsApp and basic computer applications
• Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented
• Sales-driven and confident in customer follow-ups
• Interest in the fitness industry is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via Facebook and WhatsApp
• Arrange RM99 Trial Classes and free consultations
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales
• Introduce PT packages and handle payments
• Coordinate customer bookings with personal trainers
• Handle daily administrative tasks and customer records
