Jstar Motion Sdn. Bhd invites applications for a Material Handler / Warehouse Coordinator in Kulai, Johor. The role focuses on receiving and recording goods, organizing storage, and preparing orders for shipment with accuracy and safety.

You will perform regular stock checks, maintain records, and collaborate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch while upholding health and safety standards. The position offers a stable full-time role in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items regularly.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

Material Handler / Warehouse Coordinator

We are a multi-national company involved developing, manufacturing and marketing for intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire for Material Handler / Warehouse Coordinator

You will play an important role in:

Receiving, checking, and documenting incoming goods and materials into the warehouse system

Organizing and storing materials in designated locations using appropriate storage methods and safety protocols

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with customer specifications

Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and warehouse data

Ensuring all materials are handled safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations

Coordinating with other team members and departments to facilitate smooth warehouse operations

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment

Identifying and reporting any damaged goods or discrepancies to management

Supporting logistics operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and dispatch

What we're looking for

At least 2 years working experience working in a warehouse.

Physical capability to lift, carry, and move heavy items regularly throughout your shift

Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and compliance with occupational health and safety standards

Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems preferred
