Job summary

Panduit Singapore Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes within our Senai Airport City facility. The role focuses on accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and proactive problem solving.

You will collaborate with a team, support admin tasks, and contribute to waste reduction initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
• 2–4 years of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to drive a forklift.
• Contributes to team and customers by providing day to day support of administrative and planning activities.
• Customer service focused, developing relationships by listening and understanding customer needs; prioritizes customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work on a shift schedule.
• Willing to work at Senai Airport City, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods following guidelines and instructions and store in the warehouse.
• Pick/Pack customer orders and load trucks/containers.
• Ensure orders are shipped on time and in correct quality.
• Identify problems and notify Supervisor; support waste elimination and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate activities for receiving, put away, movements, restocks, and cycle counts in an online system.
• Take responsibility for shipping processes and load/unload operations.

Job description

Activities related to receiving of incoming goods according to guidelines and instructions for (unloading of trucks and containers and sorting these shipments) and the storage in the warehouse. Picking/Packing of customer orders, loading of trucks and containers, according to guidelines and instructions. Ensure that orders are shipped on time, complete and in the correct quality to the customers according to guidelines and instructions. Identifying problems and blockages in the workplace and notify the Supervisor. Responsible for quality and housekeeping activities. Come with improvement ideas and is actively involved in the identification and elimination of waste.

Execution and coordination of activities for receiving of incoming inventory, put away, movements, restocks, pull downs, put ups, rack to shelf put aways, cycle counts and other activities in an on-line computer environment. Responsible and troubleshooting for work orders.

Execution and responsible for the shipping process.

Loading and unloading trucks and containers.

Picking and completing customer orders and internal orders.

Come with improvement ideas and actively be involved in the identification and elimination of waste (Plan-Do-Check-Act)

Assist in training and development of less experienced employees.

General department housekeeping as needed & required to maintain appearance standards.

Identifying problems and blockages in the workplace and notify the Supervisor

Collaborate with some administrative tasks related to warehouse (storeroom control, recycling, space administration, etc.), only for the location where it is required.

Processes receipts for raw materials in Oracle. Checking, processing, and making sure that all documents for incoming materials are valid according with commercial Panduit requirements (quantity, price, POs, physical receipt was done, etc.), only for the location where it is required.

Job Requirement
