Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kulai, Johor, is hiring a Warehouse Executive to lead a warehouse team and drive shipping activities to meet targets. You will manage receiving, stock picking, issuing, transferring, and storage; maintain accurate records with cycle counts and audits; coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Production and Quality.

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in a related field and at least 3 years’ experience; SAP and WMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree holder in any related field.
• At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
• Experience in operating SAP and WMS systems would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse staff to carry out warehouse and shipping activities to achieve the company's operational targets and service expectations.
• Manage and monitor all warehouse operations, including receiving, stock picking, issuing, transferring, returning, rejecting, and storing raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee inventory control and stock management activities, ensuring optimal inventory levels, accurate stock transactions, timely replenishment, and compliance with inventory control procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by performing root cause analysis, coordinating corrective actions, and implementing preventive measures to minimize stock variances.
• Plan warehouse layout and storage space utilization to maximize efficiency, optimize warehouse capacity, and prevent damage, deterioration, or loss of materials.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments, including Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Production, and Quality, to ensure smooth material flow, timely deliveries, and effective inventory management.
• Conduct regular team meetings and daily briefings to identify operational issues, discuss improvement initiatives, and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee the planned maintenance and ensure proper utilization of material handling equipment, storage racks, forklifts, and other warehouse facilities to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, inventory control standards, and workplace safety regulations.

We are a multi-national company involved developing, manufacturing and marketing for intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire for Warehouse Executive.

You will play an important role in:
