Job summary

ROTOWELL INDUSTRY SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and shipping. You will safely operate reach trucks or forklifts and ensure accurate picking, packing and documentation.

The role requires SPM or equivalent with 2+ years in warehousing or 5 years in warehouse operations, plus familiarity with stock control and FIFO storage. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Professional Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Min 2 years related industry experience or 5 years in warehouse operations.
• Experience safely operating reach trucks, forklifts and other material-handling equipment (OSHA-compliant certification is a plus).
• Understanding of stock control, labeling, and FIFO storage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse activities: ordering, receiving, storing, inventory control, issue and shipment of products.
• Load and unload goods safely.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing and cross-checking.
• Maintain stock records and monitor daily product movement.
• Keep warehouse documentation accurate and compliant with procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the warehouse.
• Adhere to Quality Management System and ethical standards.
• Follow safety protocols for material handling and storage.

Warehouse

• Responsible for daily warehouse activities relating to ordering, receiving, storing, inventory control, issue and shipment of products.
• Responsible for loading and unloading activities.
• Ensures accurate picking, cross-checking and packing.
• Maintains stock information and monitors daily product movement and actual distribution schedules versus inventory level.
• Ensures warehouse documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with established procedures.
• Responsible for the housekeeping of the warehouse. Ensures that high housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Ensures all the activities comply with ethical standards and the internal Quality Management System.
• Follow all safety protocols for material handling and storage.

Qualifications:
