Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a reliable Material Handler / Warehouse Coordinator at its Kulai facility to support receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure accurate inventory records, comply with safety standards, and collaborate with teams to meet customer requirements. Candidates with at least two years in warehouse roles and basic computer skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Able to lift and move heavy items.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking, and documenting incoming goods and materials into the warehouse system
• Organizing and storing materials in designated locations using appropriate storage methods and safety protocols
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with customer specifications
• Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and warehouse data
• Ensuring all materials are handled safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinating with other team members and departments to facilitate smooth warehouse operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment
• Identifying and reporting any damaged goods or discrepancies to management
• Supporting logistics operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and dispatch

We are a multi-national company involved developing, manufacturing and marketing for intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire for Material Handler / Warehouse Coordinator

You will play an important role in:

Receiving, checking, and documenting incoming goods and materials into the warehouse system

Organizing and storing materials in designated locations using appropriate storage methods and safety protocols

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with customer specifications

Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and warehouse data

What we're looking for

At least 2 years working experience working in a warehouse.

Physical capability to lift, carry, and move heavy items regularly throughout your shift

Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and compliance with occupational health and safety standards

Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems preferred
