Job description
A. Brand & Content Strategy

Position Rurutiki as a trusted e-commerce enabler through compelling brand storytelling and campaigns.

Manage and create strategic, consistent content (visuals, captions, campaigns) for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to attract business partners and aligned talents.

Collaborate with HR for employer branding efforts, making Rurutiki an attractive workplace via social content, campaigns, and exposure.

B. Product & Client Marketing

Design go-to-market strategies for new products or services (internal or client-owned), including pre-launch hype, launch day content, and post-launch follow-ups.

Handle social media account operations for key clients (especially TikTok), ensuring consistent engagement, brand alignment, and growth in followers and reach.

Create short-form video content (e.g., reels, TikToks) and write persuasive copy tailored to platform and audience behavior.

C. Strategic & Risk Management

Analyze campaign performance (e.g., views, engagement, conversion) and adjust based on data insights.

Monitor online conversations for potential brand reputation risks and respond quickly and appropriately in coordination with relevant teams.

JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Skills & Tools
  • Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere)
  • Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center, and LinkedIn analytics
  • Ability to run paid ads (FB/IG/TikTok/LinkedIn) is a strong plus
  • Strong grasp of content that works for B2B audiences and Gen Z job seekers
  • Believes in long-term, value-driven branding (not just vanity metrics)
  • Exhibits reliability and integrity in handling sensitive client content
  • Can work autonomously but collaborates well across departments (esp. Sales & HR)
  • Open to company\'s leadership values and culture, subtly woven into work tone and messaging
3. Strategic Thinking
  • Capable of building a 6-12 month marketing calendar aligned with Rurutiki\'s business growth and talent roadmap
  • Brings competitive insights and creativity to position Rurutiki uniquely in the e-enabler industry
