Job summary

Ban Seng Plastic Industries & Assembly Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Executive to handle end-to-end shipping operations in Malaysia. You will manage import/export shipments, process orders, book shipments, monitor status, and communicate with customers while coordinating with forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will prepare shipping documents (packing list, B/L/AWB, COO), ensure compliance with customs and Incoterms, and maintain accurate shipment

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end shipping operations for import and/or export shipments
• Order processing
• Booking processing
• Shipment monitoring
• Customer communication
• Prepare and check shipping documents such as:
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
• Certificate of Origin (COO)
• Coordinate with forwarders, transporters, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure on-time shipment
• Arrange shipment bookings and follow up on vessel / flight schedules
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery or documentation issues
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and Incoterms
• Update shipment details and reports accurately in system
