Qualifications

• Proficient in computer operations and data handling with strong logical thinking.
• Over 3 years of local Malaysia customs/trade experience in LMW factories; able to independently manage LMw Licence extension and related declarations.

Responsibilities

• Update Lampiran A1/A2/A3 and complete M1/M2/M4 declarations.
• Handle import/export declarations for equipment, materials, and finished products; arrange courier services and declarations.
• Comply with Malaysian policy requirements for customs compliance and risk control; summarize and archive import/export data.
• Coordinate logistics transport scheduling and follow-up during transit; manage brokers/forwarders and payment of logistics and customs fees.
• Plan production based on customer needs and capacity; ensure finished products ship per customer requirements.
• Perform other customs-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• 2.Basedonthefactory'sbusinessneeds,completetheimportandexportdeclarationsofequipment,materials,andfinishedproducts,makecourierreservationsanddeclarations;makedeclarationsforoutsourcedprocessing;makedeclarationsforwastematerialdisposal;handlePCO/NPCO;handlelicenseapplications;completetheimport/exportcustomsmanagementfornewprojects.
• 3.ComplywithMalaysianpolicyrequirementsforcompliancemanagementandcontrolcustomsrisks;summarizeandarchiveallimportandexportdata,andverifytheimport/exportdatawiththefactory'sinventorycount.
• 4.Logisticstransportationscheduling,follow-upduringtransit;handlingoflogistics-relatedabnormalities;dailyassessmentofcustomsbrokers/forwarders;reconciliationandpaymentoflogisticsandcustomsfees.
• 5.Basedoncustomerneedsandproductioncapacity,makeproductionplanning,followuponthecompletionoffinishedproductstoensureshipmentaccordingtocustomerrequirements.
• 6.Othercustoms-relatedwork,tasksassignedbythesuperiorleader.
