Job summary

Rubberflex Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support logistics operations at our Bentong factory near Kuala Lumpur. You will handle bookings with carriers, monitor progress, and coordinate with warehousing and cross-functional teams to ensure timely shipments.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and review all necessary shipping documents

Ensure all documentation complies with international shipping regulations

Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities

Assist in preparing shipping reports

Administrative Support

Provide comprehensive support to the Shipping Manager

Process shipping-related invoices and maintain cost records

Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders for delivery-related matters

Coordinate with warehouse team for shipment preparation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping issues

Requirements
