Job summary

StreamCast Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Executive to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage shipping documents, and ensure regulatory compliance across Malaysia. You will liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers while supporting sales, procurement, and warehouse operations.

The role requires attention to inventory accuracy, documentation integrity, and process improvements to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, couriers, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, and Customs documentation.
• Liaise with customs agents and freight forwarders on import and export clearance matters.
• Track shipment status and provide regular updates to management and relevant departments.
• Manage and submit SIRIM applications and related certification requirements.
• Coordinate with SIRIM, testing laboratories, customs authorities, and appointed agents.
• Ensure imported products comply with Malaysian regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for regulatory approvals.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate stock receiving, stock transfers, and inventory reconciliation.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
• Ensure warehouse operations are organized and efficient.
• Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams on order fulfillment.
• Support procurement activities and supplier communication.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation systems.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
