Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive IT Operations & Systems Engineer to oversee daily IT operations across our manufacturing facility, central kitchen, and office environments. You will ensure network stability, manage workstations and hardware, administer cloud systems, and provide responsive support to cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include managing LAN/WLAN/VLAN and security, deploying hardware, provisioning user accounts, and delivering Level 1–2 helpdesk support;

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on IT support, systems administration or network engineering.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching and Wi‑Fi mesh/AP installations.
• Familiarity with public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure basics) and SaaS collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain LAN, WLAN, VLAN, routers, switches, access points and firewalls across facilities.
• Monitor network performance, uptime, bandwidth and cabling on production floors, dispatch areas and offices.
• Provide Level 1–2 helpdesk support and manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and devices.
• Maintain hardware and software asset inventory and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Administer cloud workspace platforms, cloud storage/servers, backups and data retention policies.
• Assist with basic API integrations, cloud portal permissions, and SaaS user management.
• Create and update SOPs and end‑user guides; liaise with vendors for repairs, upgrades, or renewals.
