Hirehub Group is seeking an IT Executive to maintain and support the company’s IT systems, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, servers, and IT equipment to ensure smooth operations in a manufacturing setting.

The role involves installing and configuring desktops, laptops, and business applications, managing network connectivity, supporting ERP/MES/HR systems, and coordinating with external vendors while ensuring cybersecurity compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant IT support experience for IT Executive.
• If IT Assistant, minimum 1-2 years or fresh graduate.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and server administration.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, printers, and IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, operating systems, and business applications.
• Assist in managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, and Internet connectivity.
• Support server administration, user accounts, email systems, and file sharing services.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly.
• Perform system backups, software updates, and antivirus maintenance.
• Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and technical documentation.
• Support ERP, MES, attendance, payroll, and other business systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance, equipment procurement, and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity requirements.
