Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless APs.
• Monitor network performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Perform capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades.
• Maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and backups.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and identity management.

IT Engineer - infrastructure and networking

The IT Infrastructure / Networking Support Engineer is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of the organization's IT infrastructure, network systems, and manufacturing-related technology environments. The role ensures high availability, security, and performance of enterprise networks, servers, wireless systems, and production-related IT systems to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. The position works closely with manufacturing, engineering, automation, quality, and corporate IT teams to maintain a secure and reliable technology infrastructure aligned with business and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SD-WAN infrastructure.

Manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and network monitoring tools.

Monitor network performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks and connectivity issues.

Perform network capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades.

Maintain Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and backup solutions.

Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and identity management systems.

Provide network and infrastructure support for manufacturing execution systems (MES), SCADA systems, industrial PCs, production terminals, and other factory IT assets.

Implement cybersecurity best practices across enterprise and manufacturing environments.

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for infrastructure and networking issues.

Participate in infrastructure expansion, factory setup, and network upgrade projects.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or related discipline.

3-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or systems administration.

Hands-on experience with enterprise networking equipment and infrastructure technologies.

Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
