MY SEMI PRECISION SDN BHD is seeking an IT Engineer to maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, and manufacturing systems. The role emphasizes high availability, security, and performance across LAN/WAN, servers, and MES/SCADA environments.

You will work with manufacturing, engineering, automation, quality, and IT teams to ensure a reliable technology foundation for 24/7 operations, with hands-on responsibilities in networking, server administration, and security best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related discipline.
3–8 years in IT infrastructure, networking, or systems administration.
Hands-on with enterprise networking equipment and technologies.
Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless APs.
Monitor network performance and resolve bottlenecks.
Perform capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades.
Maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and backups.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and identity management.
Provide network and infrastructure support for MES, SCADA, and factory IT assets.
