Private Advertiser is seeking an IT Operations & Systems Engineer to manage daily IT operations across a manufacturing site, central kitchen and office. You will deploy and maintain LAN/WLAN/VLAN, routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs, while supporting end users and maintaining asset records.
The role requires 2–4 years in IT support or networks, with knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile devices and cloud platforms. CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft certs are preferred for advancement.

Salary: RM4-5k (depends on exp & last drawn salary)
Oversee daily IT operations across the manufacturing facility, central kitchen and office environments.
Deploy, configure and maintain LAN, WLAN, VLAN, routers, switches, access points, firewalls and VPN networks.
Monitor network performance, connectivity, bandwidth usage, uptime and physical cabling across operational areas.
Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, tablets, barcode scanners, network printers, digital signage and CCTV/NVR devices.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, email accounts and staff onboarding/offboarding.
Provide responsive Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to operational staff and management.
Maintain accurate IT hardware/software asset records and preventive maintenance schedules.
Administer cloud workspace platforms, cloud storage/servers, backups, snapshots and data retention policies.
Assist with basic API integrations, SaaS administration and cloud portal permissions.
Coordinate with vendors, telco providers and software partners for repairs, upgrades, licenses and technical issues.
Develop and maintain IT SOPs, documentation and simple end-user guides.
Identify operational IT requirements and implement practical solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
2–4 years of hands-on IT support, systems or network experience.
Good knowledge of networking, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and security.
Experience with Windows, macOS, Android/iOS and cloud platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem‑solving skills.
Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Manufacturing/F&B, POS, NAS or CCTV/NVR experience is an added advantage.
CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft certifications are preferred.
