Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an IT Operations & Systems Engineer to manage daily IT operations across a manufacturing site, central kitchen and office. You will deploy and maintain LAN/WLAN/VLAN, routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs, while supporting end users and maintaining asset records.

The role requires 2–4 years in IT support or networks, with knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile devices and cloud platforms. CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft certs are preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, CS, CE or related field.
• 2–4 years hands-on IT support, systems or network experience.
• CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations across the manufacturing facility, central kitchen and office environments.
• Deploy, configure and maintain LAN, WLAN, VLAN, routers, switches, access points, firewalls and VPN networks.
• Monitor network performance, connectivity, bandwidth usage, uptime and physical cabling across operational areas.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, tablets, barcode scanners, network printers, digital signage and CCTV/NVR devices.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, email accounts and staff onboarding/offboarding.
• Provide responsive Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to operational staff and management.
