Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager for our manufacturing unit in Malaysia. You will oversee end-to-end HR, admin, and facilities functions to support office staff and shop floor operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in HR & Admin, with three years in a leadership position, plus a track record in manufacturing, compliance, and safety programs. Immediate hiring for a capable executor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in HR & Admin with 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is essential.
• Strong in administration, facilities and vehicle maintenance.
• ISO experience is a plus (ISO 9001/14001/45001).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR & Admin operations for office and production sites.
• Manage recruitment, payroll, EPF/SOCSO/EIS, and annual reviews.
• Handle labour law matters, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate training, safety programs, and ISO-related audits.
• Maintain licenses, facility management, and asset stewardship.
