Bina Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive – HR & Administration to manage day-to-day HR operations and administration within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will support employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and workplace administration across all levels.
The role requires 5–8 years in HR & Administration, a diploma or degree in HRM/Business/Management, and strong English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin communication.
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Human Resources & Administration to join our manufacturing organisation. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and administration, supporting employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and workplace administration. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on HR professional who is comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment and able to work closely with management, production teams, supervisors, and employees at all levels.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, documentation, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Administer employee benefits, insurance, company events, and other HR‑related matters.
Support and coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other relevant information.
Assist in the preparation of employment documentation, confirmation letters, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, and other HR‑related correspondence.
Handle employee enquiries, grievances, disciplinary matters, counselling, and employee relations issues.
Assist the Manager/Head of Department with disciplinary cases and domestic inquiry processes when required.
Support and coordinate the company training and development activities.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, documentation, and practices comply with applicable Malaysian employment requirements.
Manage foreign worker administration, including documentation, permits, medical checks, accommodation, transportation and welfare.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of relevant HR & Administration experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Good understanding of Malaysian HR practices and employment requirements.
Knowledge and experience in Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition & Management would be an added advantage.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point.
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems is preferred.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
