Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager - Operations for our manufacturing plant. You will lead manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance to ensure a productive, compliant workforce.

The role requires at least 5 years in plant HR operations, 3 years in a managerial capacity, and a strong grasp of labour laws and tax regulations, with high integrity and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in plant HR operations.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role within manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of labour laws, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
• High integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Workforce Planning & Recruitment: develop manpower plans; manage end-to-end recruitment for plant staff; onboarding and orientation; build talent pipelines.
• Employee Relations & Industrial Relations: foster positive employee relations; handle grievances and disciplinary matters; liaise with unions and authorities.
• Performance Management: lead performance appraisals; set KPIs; monitor progress; manage benefits and attendance incentives.
• Compliance & HR Administration: ensure compliance; maintain records; support audits and HR reporting.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: organize engagement initiatives; survey and monitor engagement; promote company values.
