• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant HR operations.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
• Strong understanding of labour laws, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning & recruitment for the plant, including onboarding for new hires and building talent pipelines.
• Foster positive employee relations and liaise with unions and government labor authorities.
• Oversee performance management, KPI setting, and development plans for staff.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, attendance incentives, and statutory payments.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR records and documentation.
• Organize employee engagement and culture initiatives and monitor workforce analytics.
