Talent Recruit represents a newly established manufacturing company from China in Malaysia seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Human Resources. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, training, performance, labor relations, and compliance.

You will lead HR operations, ensure labor law adherence, and support management with HR reporting. The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor in HR or Admin, minimum 5 years' experience including setting up an HR

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HRM or Admin Management.
• Min 5 years HR experience including setting up HR department.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and advise on labor laws.
• Working days: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment: postings, resume screening, interview coordination.
• Employee relations: onboarding, resignations, transfers, records.
• Compensation & benefits: policy formulation, payroll, welfare.
• Training & development: planning, tracking, career development.
• Performance assessment: establish and run evaluations.
• Labor relations: handle disputes and maintain harmony.
• Daily administrative: office supplies, meetings, documents.
• Policy compliance: implement HR policies and labor law compliance.
• HR reporting: generate reports to support management decisions.
• Other HR and admin tasks as required.
