Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding post-orders, delivery timeframes, and payments.
• Troubleshoot product issues in real time using analytical skills.
• Log and track interaction data in CRM according to procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and features.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions and meet CSAT standards.
