Job summary

CB Talents SP is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role requires handling technical and operational inquiries, delivering excellent customer experiences, and continuously learning about client products.

The position offers a 24/7 rotational shift and a salary of up to RM 4,500 gross, including a language allowance. Local applicants or those based in KL are preferred.

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency required (C1) and English (B2).
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field.
• 6+ months customer support experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and curiosity for tech.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with post-orders, delivery timeframes, order status changes, payments, product pre-orders and general questions.
• Troubleshoot product issues in real time using logical and analytical skills.
• Deliver high-quality interactions that meet client standards for CSAT and call audits.
• Navigate multiple internal tools to research and resolve issues efficiently.
• Accurately log and track interaction data into CRM systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, features, and brand strengths.
