Qualifications

• Mandarin (C1) level required.
• English (B2) proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and listening.
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degree or diploma are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile operating systems and devices.

Responsabilités

• Provide Mandarin-speaking customer service support for post‑order inquiries, deliveries, payments, product information, pre‑orders and general questions.
• Assist customers on order status, changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional, high‑quality customer interactions in line with client service standards.
• Meet standards for call quality reports, call audits and customer satisfaction.
• Record accurate customer information in internal systems and follow procedures.
