Job summary

Sakurawa japan sdn.bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Property Project & Operations Executive to manage daily property operations, coordinate renovation projects, and ensure properties are ready for rental. The role requires ownership, independence, and proactive problem-solving, with frequent site visits across Kuala Lumpur.

Fluent Mandarin and strong English are required, along with 2+ years in property operations or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property operations, renovation coordination, construction project support, or property management.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple properties and contractors independently.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor renovation and refurbishment progress across multiple residential properties.
• Coordinate contractors, electricians, plumbers, air-conditioning technicians, carpenters, cleaners, and other service providers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and progress.
• Ensure contractors follow agreed schedules and deadlines.
• Identify potential delays early and take action to minimize disruption.
• Independently manage multiple ongoing property-related tasks and projects.
• Coordinate furniture deliveries, installations, cleaning, repairs, and final inspections.
• Source reliable contractors and suppliers and obtain and compare quotations.
• Provide daily progress updates and weekly summaries of project progress.
• Communicate professionally with landlords, agents, contractors, tenants, and suppliers.
