Nexpipo in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive sales of residential and commercial property developments. The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, especially with Mandarin-speaking investors, and delivering compelling presentations.

You will work with marketing to tailor campaigns, track performance, and provide accurate sales forecasts. A diploma or degree in business or real estate plus 2+ years of sales experience and Mandarin proficiency are desired.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in property development or real estate.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, especially Mandarin-speaking communities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential and/or commercial property developments.
• Conduct property presentations, arrange site visits, and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Work closely with marketing to tailor campaigns for Chinese-speaking audiences.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
• Provide seamless after-sales support and ensure a smooth handover for clients.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor movements, and industry regulations.
