Job summary

P V Property Management Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Building/Property Manager to oversee management and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. You will coordinate AGMs, liaise with the committee, enforce bylaws, and lead admin and maintenance teams.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in related fields and at least 5 years of building management experience, with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Building / Property Management / Real Estate Management / Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience in building management.
• Good written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and maintenance of the building and common property per policies and standing orders.
• Facilitate Annual General Meetings / Extraordinary General Meetings and attend meetings.
• Liaise with Committee Members on progress of building issues.
• Enforce house rules/bylaws and prepare annual budgets for operation and maintenance.
• Lead and monitor administrative and maintenance teams; review service providers and contracts.
• Prepare monthly operation reports and liaise with Local Authorities on building matters.
• Manage credit control procedures and address complaints from owners/tenants.
• Handle ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
