Nexpipo in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Mandarin-speaking Credit Control Sales Admin for the Property Development sector. The role leads the Sales Administration and Credit Control team, ensuring accurate documentation, timely billing, and strict adherence to HDA and SPA procedures.

You will coordinate with purchasers, bankers, solicitors, and internal teams, manage aging, and drive collections while maintaining high service quality and compliance across the entire sales process.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, real estate, property management, or related field.
• 5–8 years in Sales Administration and Credit Control within property development or construction.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of property sales administration, credit control, progressive billing, loan documentation, loan disbursement, and vacant possession processes.
• Good understanding of HDA, SPA, and property transaction procedures.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Sales Administration and Credit Control team.
• Supervise and guide team members to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and SOP compliance.
• Manage end-to-end property sales administration process, including booking, SPA, loan documentation, billing, and vacant possession.
• Coordinate with purchasers, bankers, solicitors, financiers, and internal departments throughout the sales process.
• Monitor progressive billing, loan disbursements, and collections to ensure timely payment.
• Review and monitor customer accounts, aging reports, outstanding balances, and collection performance.
• Ensure reminder letters, notices, and collection-related correspondence are issued promptly and professionally.
• Work with Finance to reconcile customer accounts and timely reporting.
• Prepare and review sales reports, aging analyses, unit status reports, and other management reports.
• Ensure compliance with HDA, SPA requirements and statutory regulations.
• Train, coach and develop team members while monitoring KPIs.
