360 Lease, a leading Australian short-term rental manager, seeks an experienced Online Property Operations Coordinator with STR and property management background. You will coordinate owners, guests, and service partners across Malaysia, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, and you will work from home with full remote support from the Malaysia team. This role offers career growth and exposure to global hospitality best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in property management, short-term rental, or related operations.
Experience coordinating owners, guests, contractors, cleaners, and maintenance.
Familiarity with STR platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.

Responsibilities

Coordinate between owners, operations team, maintenance, contractors, suppliers and partners.
Standardize communication workflows and improve stakeholder updates.
Oversee tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
Handle escalations and resolve complex operational bottlenecks.
Support daily operations and drive continuous process improvements.
