Job summary

Store & Send Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive (Mandarin speaker preferred) to join our Puchong, Selangor team on a full-time basis. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships in Mandarin markets, and work with sales and operations to secure revenue streams.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin required; English proficiency also needed.
• 2–3 years in sales or business development, preferably in logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Identify client pain points and offer practical logistics solutions.
• Build and nurture networks; convert prospects to clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics and supply chain.
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients; tailor solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with new clients.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of prospects and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
