Job summary

Dahua Precision Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage operations, coordinate transportation, and ensure on-time delivery from Penang. You will plan orders, monitor inventory, and optimize distribution while liaising with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Requirements include Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, strong leadership, MS Office skills, and knowledge of planning and logistics practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in planning and logistic management practices.
• Familiar with the transportation operation process and the customs operation process.
• Able to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities.
• Delivery planning and arrangement with third-party transporter and monitor on-time delivery.
• Plan customer orders according to the order.
• Ensure accurate invoicing to customers after successful delivery.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels in the warehouse.
• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient distribution of goods.
• Monitor and optimize the supply chain process.
• Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues.
• Cooperate with the company’s overtime responsibilities according to the needs.
• Handling of LMW & SST report, documents submission and yearly license renewal
• Customer order processing, including order confirmation from the client and order demand transmission and review within the factory
• Production plan preparation and process tracking, including the purchase of mass production raw materials to warehousing, timely warehousing of semi-finished and finished products until timely delivery to customers
• Transportation arrangements for goods and preparation of corresponding transportation documents and customs information, coordination with logistics companies to complete material transportation/customs clearance on time
• Reconciliation and payment requests from logistics companies
• Preparation of company LMW-related reports
• Operation of the company's internal system
• Other work tasks assigned by the leader
