Job summary

Artisan Business Network (M) Sdn Bhd in Uptown Damansara is hiring a Shipping Supply Chain Assistant (Mandarin Speaker). Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation and customs clearance procedures
• Excellent communication in Mandarin and English with clients and suppliers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and relevant parties on import and export shipments, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.
• Liaise with external logistics providers and relevant parties to arrange delivery schedules, collection times, transportation, and other shipment requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and Operation to ensure smooth and timely stock movement and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and coordinate Delivery Orders (DOs), invoices, and other shipment‑related documents for stock movement and deliveries.
• Perform any other warehouse, logistics, and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
• Preparing arrival notices and import invoices on time.
• Ensuring invoices are raised accurately and in line with checklists.
