Job summary

CB Talents is recruiting Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialists for an on-site role in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will handle orders, delivery, and product information inquiries, primarily in Mandarin with English support in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• C1 level Mandarin proficiency.
• B2 level English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degree/diploma encouraged to apply.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for post-order inquiries, delivery updates, payment information, and product pre-orders.
• Answer questions related to order status, changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional customer interactions meeting client service standards.
• Meet call quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of client-supported products.
• Accurately record customer information in internal systems.
• Follow training, procedures, and quality guidelines in every interaction.
• Maintain awareness of client products, services, and strengths in the industry.
• Contribute to service quality and continuous improvement in support operations.
