Job summary

CB Talents is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will handle inquiries about orders, deliveries, payments, and product information, primarily speaking Mandarin and supporting in English in a professional environment.

Open to fresh graduates with relevant degrees or diplomas and candidates with prior customer support experience. On-site role with emphasis on learning, coaching, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced international support

Qualifications

• C1 level Mandarin proficiency.
• B2 level English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and listening.
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degree or diploma encouraged to apply.
• Technical troubleshooting experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile operating systems, smartphones, tablets, PCs or laptops.
• Strong curiosity to understand technology and learn continuously.
• Analytical ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for inquiries related to post-order issues, delivery updates, payment information, product pre-orders, and general questions.
• Answer questions related to order status, changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional and high-quality customer interactions per client service standards.
• Meet standards for call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of client-supported products.
• Accurately record customer information in internal systems.
• Follow training, procedures, and quality guidelines in every interaction.
• Maintain awareness of the client's products, services and strengths in the industry.
• Contribute to service quality and continuous improvement in customer support.
