Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for post-order issues, delivery updates, payments and product pre-orders.
• Answer questions related to order status and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional and high-quality customer interactions per client standards.

• Record customer information accurately in internal systems.
