Job summary

CB Talents is seeking Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialists for a client in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will handle inquiries related to orders, delivery, payment, and product information, mainly in Mandarin with English support in a professional environment.

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with customer support experience who are eager to learn in a fast-paced international setting. On-site work in Kuala Lumpur is required.

Qualifications

• C1 level Mandarin proficiency.
• B2 level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for inquiries related to orders, delivery, payment, product information, pre-orders, and general questions.
• Assist customers by answering questions related to order status, changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional and high-quality interactions based on client service standards.
• Meet required standards for call quality and customer satisfaction.
• Record customer information accurately in internal systems.
• Follow training, procedures, and quality guidelines in every interaction.
